Broccoli - 600 gr
''President'' thick cream 35% - 5 tbsp 
''Le Blue'' cheese - 60 gr
Milk - 400 ml
''President'' butter - 50 gr
Onion - 1. (diced onions)
Extra virgin olive oil

Salt, pepper


Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until golden. Then add olive oil.

Add the broccoli and milk. Cover and bring the soup to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.

Place the soup in the bowl of a food processor and whizz until it is smooth. Stir in the cream and blue cheese. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.

When it is ready, it can be served with blue cheese and cream.
