On October 20, on the occasion of the World Bread Day, a "Bread Competition" was held at the MidTown Baku hotel, organized by the "Azeri Home Chefs" group and sponsored by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Sham-Fi and Aznar.
The main purpose of the event was to show the bread made by amateurs at home, share experience and celebrate the importance of bread.
After judging the bread baked by famous chefs and restaurateurs, all participants received valuable gifts from sponsors, and the first three winners received promised cash prizes.
