Ingredients:
For crust:
1. 200 g of cookies
2. 100 g of Pınar Butter
For the cream:
1. 400 g of Pınar Beyaz
2. 200 ml of Pınar cream
3. 150 g of sugar (Bizim Aşçı)
4. 3 eggs
5. 30 grams of flour (Bizim Aşçı)
6. 1 package of vanilla
Preparation:
First, the cookies are thoroughly mixed in a blender. More melted Pinar butter is added to the cookies and a mixture similar to breadcrumbs is obtained. Add the mixture obtained in the next step to the mold that you will add to the oven by pressing well with your hands.
Beat Pınar Beyaz cheese, cream and sugar well. Then add the eggs one by one to the mixture and beat them lightly. Finally, add flour and vanilla and mix slowly with a spoon.
Add the resulting mixture to the cookie crumbs you placed in the mold.
Place a heatproof bowl filled with water in the middle of the oven next to the cheesecake pan.
Bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour until browned. When the cheesecake is ready, do not immediately remove the mold from the oven and keep it for an additional hour.
When you prepare the fruit sauce, add it warm to the cheesecake and keep it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
